When I finally decided to sell my vacant Camp Fire lot in Paradise I stated a search on The Paradise Rants and Raves site for real estate agents. The top name was Doug Speicher and his real estate team. Doug made the process so easy. He walked the entire property and made suggestions on how to improve the appearance of the lot. He had photographer come out and take multiple pictures of the property. He even took a drone shot of the lot. These were all used in the listing. His presentation of the listing was excellent.
